SMART FARMING WORKSHOPS TRAINING PROGRAM

We designed the “Smart Farming Workshops” (ATA) program as a 360-degree educational model that combines agriculture and technology under one roof. Developed for TARNET, this project was fully integrated into the Usturlab portfolio after a three-year period, following the transfer of licensing rights. During this process, we prepared the curriculum, along with the entire corporate identity of the program, brand mascot characters, and special classroom designs where the content would be implemented.

We created a curriculum divided into two levels: “Seed” (middle school) and “Sapling” (high school). We concretized this educational journey, consisting of 24 workshops, with instructor guidebooks, student workbooks, and special application kits. For the project, we also designed and produced “Leader Farmer,” the world’s first agricultural technology board game.

To bring this model from theory to practice, we developed camp scenarios specifically for middle and high school levels and provided “Instructor Training” to the teams that would implement the program. The first camp application was carried out in Adana and Osmaniye with high school students. The workshops we designed were subsequently established in Burdur Tefenni Anatolian Technical and Vocational High School, Tevfik İleri Anatolian Imam Hatip High School, and the Science Centers in Erzurum and Gaziantep.
